NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Mason County Board of Commissioners
APPROVAL OF BROWNFIELD PLAN
for the S Jebavy Pere Marquette Charter Township Redevelopment Project
In accordance with Public Act 381 of 1996, as amended, the Mason County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider approval of a Brownfield Plan for the S Jebavy Redevelopment Project located at 5539 W US 10 and 229 S Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Charter Township, Mason County, Michigan. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 9 a.m. in the Airport Terminal Conference Room, Mason County Airport, 5300 W US 10, Ludington, Michigan.
The Brownfield Plan contains the requirements by which a property may be eligible to receive economic incentives to assist in the redevelopment of the property. The Eligible Property within the Amended Brownfield Plan is located at 5539 W US 10 and 229 S Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Charter Township, Mason County, Michigan.
At the public hearings, all citizens, taxpayers and representatives or officials from any taxing jurisdiction shall be afforded the opportunity to be heard regarding the Amended Brownfield Plan.
Copies of maps, plats (if applicable) and the Amended Brownfield Plan are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the County Administrator. This notice is given in accordance with the notice and approval requirements set forth in Public Act 381 of 1996, as amended.
