-Raymond Draper, 51; first-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under age 13) and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under age 13); arrested Oct. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office, arraigned Oct. 3; preliminary hearing: Oct. 22; bail: $50,000 cash.
Quinn
-Brandon Levi Quinn, 34; two counts of third-degree fleeing police in a vehicle; carrying a concealed weapon, and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Oct. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 8; preliminary hearing: Oct. 29; bail: $50,000 cash. -Michael Edward Nagy, 62; disorderly drunk person and malicious destruction of a building between $200 to $1,000; arrested Oct. 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 3; pretrial: Nov. 3; bail: $500/10 percent.
-James Laroy Williams, 60; indecent exposure; arrested Oct. 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 6; pretrial: Nov. 3; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Alexandria Renee Kneidl-Peppers, 33; failure to maintain insurance; charged Sept. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 2; pretrial: Oct. 20; bail: personal recognizance.
-Michael Albert Langfeldt, 69; unlawful use of license plates; charged Sept. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 2; pleaded guilty.
