LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Lyewski
– Andrew Leonard Lyewski, 34, pleaded no contest to attempted assault with a dangerous weapon May 21 and received a delayed sentence Sept. 30 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $298 in fines and costs. Charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a weapon with unlawful intent were dismissed. A delayed sentence hearing is set for Aug. 11, 2026.

Lopez
– Raquel Angela Lopez, 33, pleaded guilty July 29 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Sept. 30 to 267 days in jail with credit for 267 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. Lopez was also found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Sept. 30 to a current term of one year in jail with credit for 571 days served. Probation arose from 2022 conviction of delivery/manufacture of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic.

Adair
– Robert James Adair, Jr., 40, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Sept. 30 to 70 days in jail. Adair’s probation stems from a 2024 two-count conviction of failure to pay child support. According to court records, the violation occurred when he failed to make a payment.

Wilson
– Jonald Wilson, 20, pleaded guilty July 29 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Sept. 30 to 256 days in jail with credit for 256 days served; three years probation; and $266 in fines and costs. A second count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.

Reed
– Rachael Joy-Kraai Reed, 44, pleaded guilty July 29 to three counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent and was sentenced Sept. 30 to 90 days in jail with credit for three days served; two years probation; and $734 in fines and costs. Reed was also ordered to pay $4,522 in restitution, which she paid, according to court records.

Beck
– Richard Lee Beck, 52, pleaded guilty July 29 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and felony firearm and was sentenced Sept. 30 to two years in prison with credit for 397 days served in jail; a concurrent term of six months to 20 years in prison; and $266 in fines and costs. A second count of felony firearm and a charge of possession of weapons by a prohibited person were dismissed.
