Bautista-Mendoza
-Amilcar D. Bautista-Mendoza, 38; third-offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor and second-offense driving while license suspended; arrested Sept. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 16; preliminary hearing: Oct. 1; bail: $10,000 cash.
Baker
-Traylen Wayne Baker, 23; larceny in a building; arrested April 1 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 17; preliminary hearing: Oct. 8; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Misdemeanors
-Thomas Mitchell Rotta, 61; disorderly person disturbing the peace; date of offense: Aug. 6; arraigned Sept. 11; pretrial: Oct. 6; bail: personal recognizance.
-Jessica Kate Castonia, 38; domestic violence; arrested Sept. 14 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 15; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Dennis John Moore, 58; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content; arrested Sept. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 11; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: $500 cash.
-Donald Scott Knowles, 54; trespassing; arrested Aug. 4 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 16; pretrial: Oct. 13; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Cameron Miller Wilson, 18; driving while license suspended; charged Aug. 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 11; pretrial: Oct. 6; bail: personal recognizance.
-Heather Lyn Harthun, 51; second-offense driving while license suspended; charged Aug. 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 11; pretrial: Oct. 6; bail: personal recognizance.
