LUDINGTON — A 51-year-old Ludington man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies after he was found hiding inside a residence in the 700 block of North Lavinia Street Sunday, Sept. 7, around 3 p.m., said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
The domestic assault had taken place over the weekend while the victim and suspect were camping in the Federal Forest in Grant Township. The suspect returned to the residence and was found hiding inside. He was arrested for domestic assault and an outstanding failure to appear warrant for another domestic assault in Mason County, said Sheriff Cole. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
