Employment Opportunity: Electrical Inspector, Mason County
Mason County is seeking an independent contractor to provide Electrical Inspection services.
The contractor will be responsible for electrical inspections, plan review, and enforcement of electrical codes. This contractor must have excellent communication skills and a desire to work with the public. A minimum of two years experience as a licensed journey worker or master electrician license is required. Building contractor’s license helpful.
This is a contracted position with Mason County.
Contract requirements can be obtained Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Mason County Building Department, 5300 W US 10, Ludington, MI 49431. Phone: (231) 757-9345. Qualifications must be received by Friday, September 12, 2025 at 5 p.m.
