LUDINGTON — A 51-year-old Ludington woman was cited for her eighth driving while license suspended offense following a traffic stop near Washington Avenue and Brother Street Friday, Aug. 15, shortly after 4:30 p.m., according Capt.Michael Haveman of the Ludington Police Department.
“The female was issued an appearance citation and was released to appear at the 79th District Court of Ludington,” said Capt. Haveman.

Friday, Aug. 15, 2025:
- 12:13 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Sugar Grove Road east of Stiles Road, Victory Township.
- 5:21 p.m., (MCSO), a 38-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding Mason County failure-to-appear warrant following a traffic stop, US 10 and Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
- 5:48 p.m., (LPD), a 33-year-old Clarkston man was arrested for public intoxication and carrying a concealed weapon following a call of a disturbance, 500 block of West Fitch Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 6:17 p.m., (LPD), a 39-year-old Ludington man was arrested for domestic assault and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, 500 block of North James Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 6:53 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, Marshall Road east of Benson Road, Branch Township. A 40-year-old Berrien Springs man received non-life-threatening injuries after the motorcycle he was operating tipped over.
- 9:39 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway south of the Ludington rest area, Summit Township.
Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025:
- 1:34 a.m., (MCSO), a 42-year-old Manistee man was arrested on two outstanding failure-to-appear warrants issued in Manistee County following a traffic stop, Hoague and Custer roads, Free Soil Township.
- 5:57 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway and Iris Road, Pere Marquette Township.
- 3:16 p.m., (MCSO), a 52-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant issued by Manistee County Sheriff’s Office, 5600 block of John Street, Pere Marquette Township. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 7:03 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
- 7:45 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Free Soil Road east of US 31, Free Soil Township.
- 8:57 p.m., (MCSO), a 31-year-old Wellston woman was arrested on an outstanding failure-to-appear warrant issued in Manistee County while deputies were investigating a complaint related to a missing wallet from the Meijer store, West US 10, Amber Township.
Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025:
- 12:39 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive south of Fountain Road, Hamlin Township.
- 5:12 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Lancer Lane and Rasmussen Road, Pere Marquette Township.
