-Christopher John Henry Lamb, 33; carjacking and unlawful driving away a motor vehicle; arrested Aug. 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 7; preliminary hearing: Sept. 3; bail: surety (amount not listed).
Horacek
-Lee Charles Horacek, 43; accosting a child for immoral purposes, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and child abusive commercial activity; arrested July 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 13; preliminary hearing: Sept. 3; bail: $50,000 cash.
Krause
-Braden Neil Krause, 27; aggravated indecent exposure and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Aug. 9 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; preliminary hearing: Aug. 27; bail: $10,000 cash.
Eaton
-Brandon Keith Eaton, 32; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, reckless driving, and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Aug. 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 11; preliminary hearing: Aug. 27; bail: $50,000 cash.

-Tiffany Roseanne Horacek, 37; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Aug. 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 7; pretrial: Sept. 29; bail: $250 cash.
-Nino Ben Gonzales, 34; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a firearm while intoxicated; arrested Aug. 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 7; pretrial: Sept. 29; bail: $250 cash.
-Mark James Pierce, 72; public intoxication and trespassing; arrested Aug. 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 13; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: $250 cash.
-Mary Ann King, 44; driving while license expired; charged Feb. 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 7; pleaded guilty.

-Austin Robert Krieger, 24; camping at a park or parking lot; charged July 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 7; pretrial: Sept. 29; bail: personal recognizance.
