PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Both drivers involved in a two-vehicle crash at US 10 and Jebavy Drive were transported to the hospital Thursday, Aug. 14, around 6:30 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
A 28-year-old Ludington man and 66-year-old Flint woman were treated at Corewell Health Ludington Hospital for their injuries, said the sheriff.
Other police activity in Mason County Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025 includes:
- 11:48 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive north of US 10, Pere Marquette Township. A 30-year-old Manistee man was cited following the crash.
- 12:54 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Gordon Road, Amber Township.
- 9:24 p.m., (MCSO), larceny of a popup camper trailer, 11000 block of North Amber Road, Grant Township.
- 10:15 p.m., (MCSO), breaking and entering, 11000 block of North Morton Road, Grant Township. Household items were reportedly stolen.
- 11:52 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 25-year-old Flint man was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle
following a traffic stop near James and Melendy streets, City of Ludington.
