-Ged William Strzynski, 44; aggravated stalking; arrested June 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 5; preliminary hearing: Aug. 20; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Gentleman
-Marcus Alexander Gentleman, 37; two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct; arrested July 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 31; preliminary hearing: Aug. 20; bail: $500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Leonard Anthony Samborski, 64; failure to report an accident; date of offense: April 27; arraigned Aug. 5; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Tanya Marie Rader, 54; assault and battery; arrested May 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Sept. 15; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Jeremy John Keast, 52; domestic violence; arrested July 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Aug. 25; bail: $250 cash.
-Ricky Dean Plasterer, 52; trespassing; arrested July 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Sept. 15; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Dalton Ray Masse, 27; reckless boating and no boater safety certificate; date of offense: July 5; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-John Leigh Quinn, Jr., 48; passenger with an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; date of offense: July 15; arraigned July 31; pleaded guilty.
-Neal Alexander Wroble, 36; improper license plates, driving while license suspended, and failure to maintain car insurance; charged June 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Sept. 15; bail: $125 cash.
-Nohea Kahakuloa Hoomanawanui Lerma, 19; reckless driving; charged July 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Trevor Lee Lessard, 23; improper license plates and disobeying a stop sign; charged July 19 by Michigan State Police; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Robert William Andree, 64; violating no wake zone on Pere Maquette Lake; charted July 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 31; pleaded guilty.
-Crysta Marie Martin, 38; driving while license suspended; charged July 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Brayden Michael Allen, 20; improper license plates and failure to maintain car insurance; charged July 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 31; pretrial: Sept. 8; bail: personal recognizance.
