-Tiffany Layne Miller, 41; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested Nov. 22, 2024 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 21; preliminary hearing: Aug. 6; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Davis
-Timothy Lee Davis, 36; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy, carrying a concealed weapon, and failure to maintain car insurance; arrested Feb. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 17; preliminary hearing: Aug. 6; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Campbell
-Evan Ray Campbell, 32; second-offense domestic violence and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested July 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 17; preliminary hearing: Aug. 6; bail: $500/10 percent.
Hamilton
-Justin Michael Hamilton, 36; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; arrested July 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 20; preliminary hearing: Aug. 6; bail: $250/10 percent.

-James Arthur Nash, 52; fourth-degree fleeing police; arrested July 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 22; preliminary hearing: Aug. 6; bail: $1,000/10 percent.

-Christopher Michael Marquez, 37; larceny in a building; arrested July 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 21; preliminary hearing: Aug. 6; bail: $10,000 cash.

-Christopher Raymond Luna, 44; possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine/ecstasy; arrested July 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 21; preliminary hearing: Aug. 6; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Lindsey Marie Jansen, 32; embezzlement by a trustee; arrested March 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 17; pretrial: Aug. 11; bail: $250 cash.
-Dustin Joseph Shereda, 37; second-offense driving while license suspended; arrested April 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 17; pretrial: Aug. 4; bail: $250 personal recognizance.
-Morgan Marie Lewandowski, 41; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content and operating without a license; arrested July 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 17; pretrial: Aug. 25; bail: $500 cash.
-Kyle Joseph Via, 27; disorderly conduct – allowing a loud party; charged May 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 17; pretrial: Aug. 11; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Mary Elizabeth Overla, 43; assault and battery; arrested July 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 17; pretrial: Aug. 4; bail: $250 cash.
-Todd Alan Johnson, 61; disorderly person/disturbing the peace; arrested July 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 17; scheduled for plea: July 30; bail: $250 cash.

-Brian Edmund Petzak, 58; domestic violence; arrested July 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 22; pretrial: Aug. 4; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
