Employment: High School Principal, Hart Public Schools
Hart Public Schools is currently seeking to hire a High School Principal.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education or Administration.
- At least five years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Cultivate and grow a positive school climate with staff and students
- Collaborate and engage staff in the School Improvement Process
- Collaborate and engage staff in a Multi-Tiered System of Support
- Possesses the ability to foster the growth of staff members
- Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of instructional practices and staff
- Organize and facilitate building-level in-service and professional development
- Outstanding skills with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Skilled at creating a social media presence
- Must be visible, approachable, and accessible
Reports to: Superintendent of Schools
Contracted days: 225
