LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced Tuesday, June 17, in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Hambley
– Roger Ray Hambley, 64, pleaded guilty March 11 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced June 17 to 13 months to 20 years in prison with credit for 266 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs.
Reamer
– Rebecca Lee Reamer, 44, pleaded guilty April 22 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced June 17 to 18 months to 15 years in prison with credit for 259 days served in jail and $316 in fines and costs. Reamer was also found guilty of probation violation and sentenced to a concurrent term of 18 months to four years in prison with credit for 298 days served. Her probation stems from a 2024 conviction of controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic.
Haas
– Walter Daniel Haas, 70, pleaded guilty March 11 to assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a concealed weapon and received a delayed sentence of three days in jail with credit for three days served; 11 months probation; and $726 in fines and costs, which he paid in full. A delayed sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 12, 2026. One count of wildlife conservation violation — interfering with another’s hunt was dismissed.
Viglietti
– Robert Louis Viglietti, 55, pleaded guilty March 25 to weapons possession by a prohibited person and possession of a short-barreled shotgun/rifle and was sentenced June 17 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $466 in fines and costs. Two counts of felony firearms were dismissed.
