SHERMAN TOWNSHIP — The Fin & Feather Club will hold three Steel Plate Shoots over the summer: Saturday, June 14, July 12 and Aug. 9.
Check in is at 8:30 a.m. with a mandatory meeting at 9 a.m. Participants must attend the meeting in order to shoot. The event will follow the Steel Challenge Shooting Association safety rules.
There is a $15 entry fee.
The game include shooting a handgun at five steel plate targets on four different shooting bays, shooting each set of targets 4four times.
The steel plates will be arranged at different distances and heights to challenge shooting skills and ability. All skill levels and handguns are welcome.
The Pistol Range will be closed for shoot set-up at 6 p.m. each Friday before the shoot and on the Saturday of the shoot.
