LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Fitch
– Donald Glenn Fitch, 42, pleaded guilty Feb. 11 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced June 10 to one year in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs.

Quinn
– Brandon Levi Quinn, 34, pleaded guilty April 22 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced June 10 to 36 days in jail with credit for 36 days served; two years probation; and $458 in fines and costs.

Chrysler
– Jared Michael Chrysler, 34, pleaded no contest April 21 to malicious destruction of police/fire property and was sentenced June 10 to one year in jail with credit for 329 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. Charges of assault and battery and disorderly person — drunk were dismissed.

Milanowski
– Melissa Ann Milanowski, 50, pleaded guilty April 22 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and was sentenced June 10 to 55 days in jail with credit for 55 days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.

Alvesteffer
– Blake Thomas Alvesteffer, 28, pleaded guilty April 22 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and operating without insurance was sentenced June 10 to 79 days in jail with credit for 79 days served; two years probation; and $248 in fines and costs. Charges of driving while license suspended and operating an unregistered vehicle were dismissed. Alvesteffer pleaded guilty April 22 to malicious destruction of trees/grass/shrubs/crops/grass/turf/soil and received a concurrent term of six months in jail with credit for 82 days served; two years probation; and $2,431.89 in fines, costs and restitution.

Adams
– Daniel Lee Adams, 69, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced June 10 to 45 days in jail with credit for 30 days served. Adams’ probation stems from Sept. 24, 2024 convictions of aggravated indecent exposure, assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and larceny less than $200.

Davis
– Brian Jay Davis, 43, pleaded guilty April 22 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced June 10 to 71 days in jail with credit for 71 days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
