LUDINGTON — Stage Left Theatre Company has announced the cast and opening of ticket sales of its upcoming production of “Firebringer.”
“Firebringer” is a comedic musical by StarKid Productions. It takes place in the stone age where a tribe of cave people discovers fire. The musical delves into themes of tradition versus progress, the transformative power of fire, and the prehistoric threats they face, including woolly mammoths and saber tooth tigers.
The show will be directed by Nicki Danyluk of Ludington.
The cast includes:
- Sawyer Bryant – Molag
- Lauren Hanna – Jemilla
- LeAnna Engwall – Zazzilil
- Maggie Madsen – Emberly
- Brandon Heaton – Grunt
- Kaylie Wells – Chorn
- Katie Biehl – Schwoopsie
- Clara Baur – Tiblyn
- Caleb Duran – Ducker
- Andrew Schrader – Smelly Balls
- Bay Anderson – Keeri
Performances will be at Ludington Area Center for the Arts, 107 S. Harrison St. on Thursday, July 17, Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20 at 2 p.m.
Tickets are $20 per person with proceeds benefiting the non-profit theatre company.
Due to strong language and sexual undertones, the recommended audience age is 14 years and older.
