Rob Conley
Robert “Rob” Richard Conley Jr., 55, lost his battle with cancer and passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on May 27, 2025, in Custer. He was born on August 25, 1969, in Muskegon to Diana Zimmerman and Robert Conley Sr.
Rob was a loving spouse, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed working at Northwood Golf Course and Fremont Lanes for many years. He always said he was an A-hole but underneath that he had the softest heart for anyone he came across.
He had an intense passion for riding his motorcycle. He lived by the biker code and rode as much as he could. He also enjoyed camping, bowling, ice fishing, golfing and going on adventures. Rob always said he wanted to live life to the fullest but always took the time to stop and enjoy the small things in life.
His smile would light up the room, and he took immense pride in his children and grandchildren.
His bluntness, one finger salute, and no-nonsense attitude will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Rob is survived by his wife Keri Knapp-Conley; his parents Bob and Ruby Conley; his children, Veronica (Todd) hunt, James (Sam) Conley, Renee (Conrad) Whitney, Erica Conley, and Hanna Conley. He is also survived by Keri’s children, Rebekah Cochran, Andrew Chance, Greyson Knapp, and Xaylee (Jerri) Smith; his sisters Fawn, Sherri, and Teresa; his brothers Ken, Eric, and Brian; his grandchildren, Sebastian, Pele, Liam, Kyra, Isabella, Miles, and Kyeese; his great-grandchild Zavion; and long-time friends John and Bill.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Diana Zimmerman, Uncle David Zimmerman, and his stepfather, Bobby Jandt.
A celebration of life will be held at Fremont Lanes, 5885 S. Warner Ave., Fremont, on June 21, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The family asks that you bring your bikes and wear your leather to honor Rob.
