Request for Letters of Interest: 102 E. Fifth Street, Scottville

Mason County is seeking letters of interest for the future use of the County’s Scottville Office Building (formerly the Zoning, Buildings, and Drains office) located at 102 E. Fifth St., Scottville, MI 49454. Interested parties are invited to submit a letter of interest to declare their intent and ideas for use of the building to Administrator Szczypka, 304 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington, MI 49431, or via email at kszczypka@masoncounty.net. The deadline to submit is 4 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025.

The Buildings, Planning, Drains, and Airport Committee will review the letters at their meeting on July 22, 2025.
