Miller
-Kenneth John Miller, 49; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested May 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 15; preliminary hearing: June 4; bail: $10,000 cash.
Amos
-Chad Bennett Leo Amos, 45; first-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under age 13) and second-degree criminal sexual conduct (multiple variables); date of offense: June 1, 2015; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 21; preliminary hearing: June 11; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Pavlick
-Jordan Willis Pavlick, 70; second offense domestic violence and interfering with electronic communications; arrested May 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 21; preliminary hearing: June 11; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Bailey
-Kaytlyn Danielle Bailey, 25; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested May 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 20; preliminary hearing: June 4; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Hoadley
-Daniel Joe Hoadley, 60; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content third offense; arrested May 19 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 20; preliminary hearing: June 4; bail: $250/10 percent.
Boykins
-Jaylon Dapri Boykins, 29; two counts of false pretenses between $10,000 to $20,000 and illegal sale or use of a financial transaction device/credit cards; offense date: Nov. 25, 2024; charged by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 19; preliminary hearing: June 4; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Angela Mae Seymore, 38; truancy; offense date: Feb. 13; charged by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 2; bail: personal recognizance.
-Daniel Aaron VanKampen, 35; reckless driving and second offense driving while license suspended; arrested May 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 2; bail: $250 cash.
-Julie Ann Martin, 48; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested May 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 30; bail: $250 cash.
-Perry Laverne Putnam, 39; disorderly drunk person; arrested May 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 2; bail: personal recognizance.
-Roxanne Angel Jeffries, 21; failure to maintain security (no car insurance); charged April 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 2; bail: personal recognizance.
-Brandi Jo Hansen, 48; allowing a dog to run loose (stray dog); charged April 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 2; bail: personal recognizance.
-Deborah Lynn Kaiser, 65; operating a vehicle without a license; charged April 19 by Michigan State Police; arraigned May 15; pleaded guilty.
-Aaron Michael Murphy, 37; operating a vehicle without a license; charged April 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 2; bail: personal recognizance.
-Jon Eric Lusk, 44; operating a vehicle without a license and failure to maintain security (no car insurance) charged April 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 2; bail: personal recognizance.
-Cameron Nathaniel Wroble, 32; failure to maintain security (no car insurance); charged April 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned May 15; pretrial: June 2; bail: personal recognizance.
