LUDINGTON — Ludington police officers arrested a 20-year-old Ludington man on six failure to appear warrants Tuesday, Feb. 18, around 7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of South James Street, according to Cpt. Michael Haveman.
The warrants, which were issued in Mason County’s 79th District Court, were for three traffic offense charges, one charge of dangerous drugs and two civil infractions, said Cpt. Haveman.
Ludington police arrested another suspect in an unrelated matter who had a six-count warrant for probation violation. The 52-year-old Ludington man was arrested in the 200 block of East Ludington Avenue Tuesday around 11:30 a.m.
“The warrant was a six-count criminal bench warrant for probation violations out of Oceana County,” said Haveman.
Both suspects were lodged in the Mason County Jail.

- 11 p.m., (LPD), a 42-year-old Kalamazoo male was cited for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop near Ludington Avenue and Jackson Road, City of Ludington.
