LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Cybert

-Patrick Joseph Cybert, 52; second-degree arson, carrying a concealed weapon, third-offense domestic violence, and third-degree child abuse; arrested Sept. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 9; preliminary hearing: Sept. 25; bail: $750,000 cash.

Newman

-Casey John Newman, 32; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and interfering with an electronic communications device; arrested June 9 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 10; preliminary hearing: Sept. 25; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Fedewa

-Orry Nicholas Fedewa, 29; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and dangerous weapons possession; arrested July 29 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Sept. 8; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, and possession of ammunition by a prohibited person; arrested Sept. 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 8; preliminary hearing: Sept. 25; bail: $10,000 cash.

Minidis

-Jessica Lee Minidis, 41; welfare fraud over $500 and welfare fraud failure to inform over $500; arrested Oct. 1, 2018; arraigned Sept. 11; preliminary hearing: Sept. 25; bai: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Sayger

-Colt Edward Sayger, 23; third-degree child abuse; arrested July 11 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 11; preliminary hearing: Oct. 2; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

 

 

 

Misdemeanors

-Kelly Marie Anaya, 45; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Jan. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 5; pretrial: Sept. 23; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Madison Carol Ann Farrell, 22; domestic violence; arrested Aug. 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 5; pretrial: Sept. 30; bail: $500 cash.

-Caleb Leroy Thomspon, 19; driving while license expired; arrested July 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 5; pretrial: Sept. 30; bail: personal recognizance.

-Alfredo Gonzales Escamilla, Jr., 37; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 5; pretrial: Sept. 23; bail: personal recognizance.
