Jeep reported stolen

BRANCH TOWNSHIP — A 1998 brown Jeep Cherokee with a Michigan license plate number of 727TXF was reported stolen from the 400 block of S. Walhalla Road Wednesday, July 10, shortly after 9 p.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Wednesday, July 10, 2024:

  • 12:35 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 east of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 3 p.m., (MCSO), a 50-year-old Hart man was arrested after he turned himself in on an outstanding probation violation warrant issued in Mason County, Mason County Sheriff’s Office, City of Ludington.
  • 4:57 p.m., (MCSO), a 43-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police following a one-vehicle rollover crash, Pere Marquette Highway and Sixth Street, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 6:41 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 46-year-old Manistee woman was arrested on two warrants issued in Manistee County following an incident at Corwell Health Ludington Hospital’s emergency room, City of Ludington. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
  • 10:15 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Brye Road north of Conrad Road, Amber Township.
  • 10:20 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Custer Road north of Johnson Road, Custer Township.

Thursday, July 11, 2024:

  • 3:21  a.m., (LPD), a 33-year-old Ludington man was arrested on three warrants issued by Mason County’s 79th District Court following a call in the 700 block of West Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the the Mason County Jail.
