51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted May 8, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Zeller

– Timothy Charles Zeller, 41, pleaded guilty March 14, 2024 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced April 30, 2024 to one year in jail with credit for 54 days served; three years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of maintaining a drug house was dismissed.

Miller

– Ronald Scott Miller, 59, pleaded guilty March 12, 2024 to methamphetamine possession, cocaine/heroin possession and analogue possession was sentenced May 7, 2024 to nine months in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; and $734 in fines and costs.

Lessard

– Robert James Lessard, 47, pleaded “no contest” March 12, 2024 to second-degree home invasion and assault and battery and was sentenced April 30, 2024 to concurrent terms of six months in jail with credit for 176 days served and 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served; three years probation; and $648 in fines and costs. One count of first-degree home invasion was dismissed.

MacArthur

– Scott Samuel-Ray MacArthur, 29, pleaded “no contest” March 19, 2024 to larceny from a vehicle and was sentenced April 30, 2024 to one year in jail with credit for 217 days served; three years probation; and $398 in fines and costs. 

Fitzgerald

– Kevin Michael Fitzgerald, 40, pleaded guilty March 20, 2024 to one count of failure to pay child support and was sentenced April 30, 2024 to two days in jail with credit for two days served and three years probation. A payment review hearing is set for May 17, 2024.

– Jacob Allen Ault, 21, pleaded guilty to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and assault and battery March 19, 2024 received a delayed sentence April 30, 2024 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; and $508 in fines and costs. One count of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $200 was dismissed. A delayed sentence hearing is set for Oct. 1, 2024. (Mugshot unavailable)
