LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Hill

-Jesse Jacob Hill, 34; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested April 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 15; preliminary hearing: May 1; bail: $100,000 cash.

Wicks

-James Robert Wicks, 57; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested April 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 17; preliminary hearing: May 8; bail: $50,000 cash.

Shook

-Adam Clayton Shook, 41; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; arrested April 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 12; preliminary hearing: May 1; bail: $250/10 percent.

 

 

Misdemeanors

-Jennifer Lee Herold, 52; third degree retail fraud; arrested Jan. 6; arraigned April 11; pretrial: April 22; bail: $250 cash.

-Morgan Marie Lewandowski, 39; truancy; arrested Oct. 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 11; pretrial: April 22; bail: personal recognizance.

-Heather Marie Cohoon, 42; truancy; arrested Sept. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 11; pretrial: April 22; bail: personal recognizance.

-Thomas Robert Copenhaver, 67; assault and battery; arrested March 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 17; pretrial: May 13; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Austin Robert Krieger, 23; public intoxication; arrested April 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 11; pretrial: April 22; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-John Peter Husted, 51; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop at an accident; arrested April 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 15; pretrial: May 6; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Miguel Jesus Barranco, 30; malicious destruction of property and disorderly drunk person; arrested April 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 16; pretrial: May 6; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Ambriel Laurana Peters, 25; domestic violence; arrested April 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 16; pretrial: May 6; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Kaytlyn Danielle Bailey, 24; driving while license suspended; arrested March 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 11; pretrial: May 1; bail: personal recognizance.

-Matthew Ronald Banks, 41; driving while license not valid; arrested March 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 11; pretrial: May 13; bail: personal recognizance.

-Damari Deon Lanier, 18; driving while license not valid; arrested March 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 11; pretrial: May 13; bail: personal recognizance.
