Ludington woman arrested on 8 warrants

LUDINGTON — A 39-year-old Ludington woman was arrested by Ludington police officers on eight warrants in the 200 block of East Foster Street Monday, April 15, shortly after 8 p.m.

“The female had eight warrants for her arrest from outside of Mason County,” said Cpt. Michael Haveman of the Ludington Police Department. She lodged in the Mason County Jail.

The following is other police activity in Mason County Monday, April 15, 2024:

• 7 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Angling Road north of Beaune Road, Hamlin Township.
• 11:25 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Brunson Road south of Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township.
• 1:29 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
• 2:36 p.m., (MCSO), ​retail fraud, Ten31 Stop, 400 block of West US 10, Amber Township. The complainant reported the theft of motor oil from the store. The suspect fled before deputies arrived.
• 4 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway south of US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
• 6:40 p.m., (LPD), a 25-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for domestic violence, 900 block of South Madison Street, City of Ludington. The female was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• 10:14 p.m., (LPD), a 30-year-old Ludington man was arrested for disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property, 300 block of East Danaher Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• 11:25 p.m., (MCSO), a 44-year-old Fountain man was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued in Mason County for an assault charge, 100 block of North Main Street, City of Scottville.
