51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted April 11, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Cooper

– Sebastian Aaron-James Cooper, 19, pleaded guilty Feb. 13 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced April 9 to six months in jail with credit for 116 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. Cooper was sentenced to a current term of 120 days in jail with credit for 115 days served and $458 in fines and costs for a probation violation conviction.

Nader

– Brian Scott Nader, 43, pleaded guilty March 12 to a misdemeanor of operating with a high blood alcohol content and was sentenced April 9 to 24 days in jail and $1,170 in fines, costs and restitution. Nader was originally charged with a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated, and pleaded to the reduced charge.
