Gravel reported stolen

MEADE TOWNSHIP — The Mason County Road Commission reported the alleged theft of gravel from a cul-de-sac in the 9000 block of North Budzynski Road Monday, April 8, shortly after 11 a.m., said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The following is other recent activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office:

Monday, April 8, 2024:

• 7 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 south of Free Soil Road, Free Soil Township.
• 12:01 p.m., larceny of gas, 2700 block of West US 10, Amber Township. The complainant reported the theft of gas from a vehicle on the property.

Tuesday, April 9, 2024:

• 6:45 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Beyer Road east of LaSalle Road, Victory Township.
• 7:11 a.m., a 24-year-old Pentwater man was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued in Oceana County, Atkinson Drive, City of Ludington
