Woman sentenced to prison for delivery/manufacture of meth

LUDINGTON — A 51-year-old woman was sentenced in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court, March 12, to 51 months to 20 years in prison for a two-count felony conviction of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine, according to court records.

Billie Jo Phillion received credit for one day served in jail and was ordered to pay $266 in fines and costs.

Phillion pleaded guilty to the charges Dec. 12, 2023, court records state, and two additional counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine were dismissed.

Phillion was sentenced to 18 months probation in Oceana County in 2020 for a methamphetamine possession conviction, according to Michigan Department of Corrections records.
