Friday, March 8, 2024:

  • 4:30 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Reek Road south of Millerton Road, Sherman Township.
  • 6:45 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, First Street west of Commerce Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 8:51 p.m., (MCSO), a report will be forwarded to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office, seeking a warrant for meth possession against a 40-year-old Baldwin man, Murphy USA, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. The requested charges stem from a call related to a “suspicious vehicle” call.

Saturday, March 9, 2024:

  • 1257 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 58-year-old Ludington man was arrested on two felony warrants for failure to appear issued by Mason County’s 79th District Court, 700 block of North Rowe Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
  • 4:08 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Sugar Grove Road east of Custer Road, Sherman Township.
  • 9:21 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 10:09 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 10:34 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of the Meisenheimer Road overpass, Summit Township.

Sunday, March 10, 2024:

  • 12:46 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), an 18-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving without a license Ludington Avenue and Rowe Street, City of Ludington.
  • 3:31 a.m. (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Custer Road south of Wilson Road, Custer Township.
  • 5:35 p.m., ​(MCSO), a 34-year-old Cadillac man was cited for second-offense driving while license revoked following a traffic stop, Fountain Road west of Dennis Road, Victory Township.
  • 8:11 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Forest Trail and Morton roads, Grant Township.
