  • 3:29 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 north of Decker Road, Sherman Township.
  • 4:25 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Sugar Grove Road west of US 31, Victory Township.
  • 5:21 p.m., (MCSO), ​a retail fraud warrant is being requested for a 22-year-old Ludington man following an investigation by Walmart Loss Prevention, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 6:02 p.m., (MCSO), a 47-year-old Free Soil man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop, Townline and Stiles roads, Victory Township.
  • 9:55 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 10:44 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Rasmussen Road west of Lancer Lane, Pere Marquette Township.

Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024:

  • 12:58 p.m., (MCSO), ​a 23-year-old Fountain man was arrested on an outstanding Lake County warrant for failure to appear, 4900 block of North Cleveland Street, Village of Fountain.
  • 9:19 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of the Oceana County line, Summit Township.
  • 7:48 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury Stiles Road south of Fisher Road, Victory Township.
  • 10:26 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Grant Township.
  • 10:52 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Stiles Road south of Groth Road, Victory Township.

Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024:

  • 12:23 a.m., (MCSO), ​breaking and entering, 3200 block of North Jebavy Drive, Hamlin Township. The complainant reported someone broke into a home and stole cash.
  • 2:12 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 28-year-old Ludington woman was cited for operating without insurance following a traffic stop near the intersection of Dowland and Washington streets, City of Ludington.
  • 6:55 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Sugar Grove Road east of US 31, Sherman Township.
  • 9:40 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway south of US 10, Amber Township.
