LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Zeller

-Timothy Charles Zeller, 40; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), maintaining a drug house, and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Dec. 12 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 16; preliminary hearing: March 6; bond: $7,500/10 percent.

Stevenson

-William Paul Stevenson, 61; driving while license suspended causing serious injury and third-offense habitual offender; arrested Nov. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 15; preliminary hearing: March 6; bond: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Beebe

-Steven Paul Beebe, 58; assault with a dangerous weapon and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Feb. 14 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 15; preliminary hearing: March 6; bond: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Buckland

-Marc Anthony Buckland, 42; third offense domestic violence; arrested Feb. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 15; preliminary hearing: March 6; bond: $2,500/10 percent.

Flick

-Kevin Gerald Flick, 21; child abusive commercial activity, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and possession of child sexually abusive material; arrested Feb. 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 15; preliminary hearing: March 6; bond: $500/10 percent. -Ricky Lee Hendrickson, 55; driving while license suspended; arrested Nov. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 15; pretrial: Feb. 26; bond: $500 cash.

-Brittany Elizabeth Crawford, 31; second-degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 15; pretrial: Feb. 26; bond: $500 personal recognizance.

-Alexa Danielle Fink, 26; assault and battery; arrested Feb. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 16; pretrial: Feb. 26; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Adam Blake Riddell, 33; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Nov. 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 11; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jonathan Edward Moore, 33; second-degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 15; pretrial: Feb. 26; bond: $500 personal recognizance.

-Riley Allen Beerman, 22; failure to report an accident; arrested Jan. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 15; pretrial: Feb. 26; bond: personal recognizance.

-Dwayne Gene Gardner, 20; trespassing; arrested Feb. 16 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Feb. 21; pretrial: Feb. 26; bond: $500 cash.

-Jordan Christopher Kendall Dodge, 28; second-offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Feb. 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 18; bond: $500 cash.

-Michael Calgaro, 46; public intoxication; arrested Feb. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: Feb. 26; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Tyler Austin Hendrickson, 29; second offense driving while license suspended; arrested Feb. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 20; pretrial: March 11; bond: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jonathan Lee Lambright, 18; operating a vehicle without a license on his person; arrested Jan. 31 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 15; pretrial: Feb. 26; bond: personal recognizance.
