Sound bath healing and relaxation session at Ludington Library

LUDINGTON — Sarah Domin of Four Directions Alchemy will lead a sound bath experience for adults at the Ludington branch of the Mason County District Library on Thursday, February 29 from 6 to 7 p.m.

Sound therapy has been used for an estimated 40,000 years. The vibration of healing sound tools work with the vibration of our cells to facilitate full body relaxation.

Participants are asked to bring items such as a yoga mat or portable chair, blankets, pillows, warm socks, or an eye mask.
