Fish On For Freedom registration underway

LUDINGTON — Registration is currently open for the 2024 Fish On For Freedom Veterans Fishing Tournament, which will be held on Friday, June 14. Event organizers are encouraging local veterans to sign up for the event, which will kick off at 6 a.m. Fishing will conclude at 11:45 a.m. when participating boats will assemble outside the Ludington pier heads. At noon the boats will parade into the harbor, led by emergency vessels and a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter, for the Welcome Home Procession.

Community members are encouraged to attend the parade.
