51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Feb. 19, 2024

 

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Horacek

– Douglas Paul Horacek, 43, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 4, 2023 to assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced Feb. 13, 2024 to six months in jail with credit for three days served; three years probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct was dismissed.

Allen

– Sabre Dnay Allen, 38, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 12, 2023 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one count of disorderly person and received a delayed sentence Feb. 13, 2024 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $576 in fines and costs.

Hernandez

– Abram Rene Hernandez, 33, pleaded guilty Dec. 5, 2023 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Feb. 13, 2024 to 42 days in jail with credit for 42 days served; two years probation; and $666 in fines and costs. One count of methamphetamine possession was dismissed.

Thompson

– Xzavier Allen Thompson, 19, pleaded guilty Dec. 12, 2023 to controlled substance — possession of heroin, cocaine or another narcotic and was sentenced Feb. 13, 2024 to 78 days in jail with credit for 78 days served; three years probation; and $450 in fines and costs. In a separate file, he pleaded guilty to one count of interfering with electronic communications, and a second count of interfering with electronic communications was dismissed.
