LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Valley

-Kash Verlyn Valley, 33; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), assault with a dangerous weapon, assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, fourth-degree fleeing police in a vehicle, and driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 9 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 7; preliminary hearing: Feb. 28; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Trimm

-David Adam Trimm, 41; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine); arrested Jan. 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 4; preliminary hearing: Feb. 21; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

McDonald

-Timothy John McDonald, 63; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, failure to maintain security (no car insurance), and operating an unregistered vehicle; arrested Feb. 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 4; preliminary hearing: Feb. 21; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Nardone

-Timothy John Nardone, 46; first-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim age 17 or older), and second-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim age 13-17); offense date: Jan. 1, 2022; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 6; preliminary hearing: Feb. 21; bail: $500/10 percent.

Burrell

-Reenya Bilal Clinton Burrell, 32; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Jan. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 1; preliminary hearing: Feb. 21; bail: $500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Eric Joseph Emory, 38; malicious use of telecommunications services; arrested Jan. 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 2; pretrial: Feb. 14; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Jared Michael Chrysler, 33; indecent exposure and disorderly drunk person; arrested Feb. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Feb. 7; pretrial: Feb. 26; bail: $5,000 cash.

-Harvey Carl Adolphson, 69; driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 1; pretrial: March 4; bail: personal recognizance.

-Hayden Christopher Munoz, 19; driving while license not valid; arrested Jan. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Feb. 1; pretrial: March 4; bail: personal recognizance.

-Matthew David North, 40; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 24 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 1; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: personal recognizance.

-Ladinia Marie Davis, 50; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 24 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 1; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: personal recognizance.

-Katherine Eileen Elizabeth Linley, 21; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 25 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Feb. 1; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: personal recognizance.
