Fire damages Ludington house

LUDINGTON — Ludington Fire Department responded to a house fire at 413 N. Robert St. early Tuesday morning. Firefighters were dispatched at 12:08 a.m. and were on scene for about two hours. Initial dispatch information stated that smoke and flames were visible from the house and that all residents were out of the house.

Pere Marquette Township Fire Department was initially called to assist but cancelled.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire which caused fire and smoke damage. Other emergency units assisting on scene included Ludington Police Department, Mason County Sheriff’s Office, and Life EMS.
