LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Boger
-Joshua Michael Boger, 46; assault with intent to murder, assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, disarming a police officer, third-degree fleeing police in a vehicle, third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor, four counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police, and third offense habitual offender; arrested Jan. 25 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 26; probable cause hearing: Feb. 7; bail: $500,000 cash. -Jerrold Robert Warila, 49; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Oct. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 31; probable cause hearing: Feb. 14; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Thomas John Wagoner, 45; uttering and publishing and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested July 11, 2023 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 31; probable cause hearing: Feb. 14; bail: $1,000 cash.

-Rene Mariscal, 61; assault and battery; arrested Oct. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 29; pretrial: Feb. 5; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
-Jamie Allen Krusniak, 48; reckless use of a firearm; arrested Nov. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 25; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: $250 cash.
-Diontae Lajuan Wallace, 22; operating without a license and speeding; arrested Sept. 29 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 30; pleaded guilty.
-Angel O’Brien, 32; animal cruelty; arrested Nov. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 25; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Casey Eileen Christoffersen, 38; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Jan. 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 25; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Dylan Michael Malone, 31; stalking and malicious use of a telecommunications service; arrested Jan. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 26; pretrial: Feb. 5; bail: $500/10 percent.
-Charles Allen Morell, 61; driving while license not valid; arrested Jan. 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 25; pleaded guilty.
-Amos L. Kuhns, 44; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Jan. 13 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 25; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: personal recognizance.
-Salvador Luis Enrique Reyes, 25; driving while license not valid; arrested Jan. 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 25; pleaded guilty.
-Justin Scott Brown, 38; driving while license suspended; arrested Jan. 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 25; pleaded guilty.
