51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Jan. 31, 2024

LUDINGTON  — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Cole

– Anthony Nelson Cole, 52, pleaded guilty Dec. 12, 2023 to two counts of possession of a controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Jan. 30, 2024 to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served; two years probation; and $666 in fines and costs.

Gerhardstein

– Ronald Dale Gerhardstein, 37, pleaded guilty Dec. 5, 2023 to interfering with an electronic communications device and was sentenced Jan. 30, 2024 to 210 days in jail with credit for 188 days served and $198 in fines and costs. One count of third-offense domestic violence was dismissed.

Fitch

– Daniel Michael Fitch, 43, pleaded guilty Dec. 8, 2023 to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced Jan. 30, 2024 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $458 in fines and costs.

Newman

– Kylie Jane Newman, 23, pleaded guilty Sept. 5, 2023 to possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced Jan. 30, 2024 to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served; three years probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
