LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Gale

-Travis Michael Gale, 31; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), furnishing contraband to a jail prisoner, jail prisoner possessing contraband, possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Nov. 14, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 17; probable cause hearing: Jan. 31; bail: $250,000 cash. Chick

-Michael Thomas Chick, II, 43; delivery of a controlled substance causing death, three counts of felony firearms, delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), and maintaining a drug house; arrested March 25, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 17; probable cause hearing: Jan. 31; bail: $100,000 cash. Flores

-Scarlette Charrie Flores, 34; larceny in a building; arrested Nov. 24, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 12; probable cause hearing: Jan. 24; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Griffin

-Marigo Lynn Griffin, 40; possession of a controlled substance (analogues) and third-offense habitual offender; arrested Nov. 9, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 11; probable cause hearing: Jan. 24; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Hernandez

-Abram Rene Hernandez, 33; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Dec. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 11; probable cause hearing: Jan. 24; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

 

 

 

Misdemeanors

-Michael Eugene Sloan, 32; domestic violence; arrested Jan. 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 12; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jasmine Victor Raymond, 24; third degree retail fraud; arrested Aug. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 11; pretrial: Jan. 29; bail: $250 cash.

-Jamie Lee Herbert, 833; second degree retail fraud; arrested Aug. 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 17; pretrial: Jan. 29; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Zeferino Villanueva, 53; two counts of stray dog – loose/running dog; arrested Nov. 14 by Michigan State Park; arraigned Jan. 11; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $250 cash.

-Cierra Chantae Pieske, 19; third degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 10 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 11; pretrial: Jan. 29; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Sergio Ramon Escamilla, 30; second degree retail fraud; arrested Nov. 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Jan. 11; pretrial: Feb. 12; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Mickel Edward Bogner, 30; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Dec. 27 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 11; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: personal recognizance.

-Lorri Raye Puckett, 55; selling tobacco to a minor; arrested Dec. 18 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Jan. 11; pleaded guilty.

-Jessie Curt Stickney, 45; transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle and refusing a preliminary breath test; arrested Dec. 20; arraigned Jan. 17; pretrial: Feb. 5; bail: personal recognizance.

-Douglas Gerald Soberalski, 44; driving while license suspended and operating a vehicle while using a mobile electronic device; arrested Dec. 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Jan. 11; pretrial: Jan. 29; bail: personal recognizance.
