51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Jan. 15, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Johnson

– Rayke Leonard Johnson, 37, was found guilty by a jury Oct. 12, 2023 of a misdemeanor of assault and battery and was sentenced Jan. 9, 2024 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; and $435 in fines and costs. The jury rendered a not guilty verdict for one felony count of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Papadakos

– Nicole Marie Papadakos, 41, pleaded guilty Nov. 7, 2023  to three felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Jan. 9, 2024 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; 11 months probation; and $594 in fines and costs. A delayed sentencing hearing is set for Oct. 29, 2024 at 10 a.m. One misdemeanor count of trespassing was dismissed.
