Memorial Service for the Unborn, Silent March of Life, Jan. 21

LUDINGTON — The annual Memorial Service for the Unborn and Silent March for Life will be held on Sunday, Jan. 21 beginning at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 209 N. Rowe St.

The event is coordinated by Mason County Right to Life and commemorates the loss of millions of unborn children to abortion, including the 27 children lost to abortion from Mason County in 2022. It will also include a lighting ceremony with guest speaker Barbara Burwell of Scottville.

The Silent March for Life to the Mason County Courthouse will begin at 2:45 p.m. Following the return at 3 p.m., there will be pizza, refreshments and fellowship in the church social room. A free will offering will be taken up to benefit Profile Education in Mason County.
