LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Adair

-Robert James Adair, Jr., 39; two counts of failure to pay child support/leaving the state and third-offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 1, 2018; arraigned Dec. 6; probable cause hearing: Dec. 13; bail: $500 cash.

Kemper

-Annastasia Victoria Kemper, 32; carrying a concealed weapon, dangerous weapon possession, and operating without a license; arrested Oct. 31 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 30; probable cause hearing: Dec. 13; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Oleniczak

-Tanya Renee Oleniczak, 47; embezzlement by an agent or trustee between $1,000 to $20,000; arrested Oct. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 5; probable cause hearing: Dec. 13; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Holder

-Lige Lewis Holder, 22; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second-offense habitual offender; arrested Dec. 16, 2022 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 30; probable cause hearing: Dec. 13; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Walker

-Gadge Isaac Allen Walker, 18; carrying a concealed weapon and two counts of possession of a weapon in a weapons-free school zone; arrested Nov. 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 30; probable cause hearing: Dec. 13; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Cole

-Anthony Nelson Cole, 52; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine) and second-offense habitual offender; arrested Sept. 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 30; probable cause hearing: Dec. 13; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Ramirez

-Jayden Edward Ramirez, 19; assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer, operating a vehicle without license on person, and second-offense habitual offender; arrested Dec. 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 5; probable cause hearing: Dec. 13; bail: $500/10 percent.

 

Misdemeanor

-Richard Massey Thomas, 37; third-degree retail fraud; arrested June 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 6; pretrial: Dec. 11; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Daniel Ray Yost, 36; fourth-degree child abuse; arrested Oct. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 30; pretrial: Dec. 11; bail: $1.00 cash.

-Nathen Scott Spence, 28; failure to stop after a vehicle accident and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or more; arrested Nov. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 30; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $250 cash.

-William Jess Stubbs, 64; operating a vehicle while intoxicated second-offense; arrested Nov. 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 30; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $500 cash.

-Brian John Matz, 44; malicious destruction of trees/shrubs/crops/grass, refusal to obey a traffic order from a police officer, and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Dec. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 6; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Gary Lynn Holey, 59; keeping domestic animals or fowl without a permit; arrested June 23 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Nov. 30; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $250 cash.

-Edward John Thompson, 70; driving while license not valid; arrested Nov. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 30; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: personal recognizance.
