LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Castro-Delgado
-Mara Lynn Castro-Delgado, 29; four counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine), bringing contraband into a prison/jail, and third-offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 29; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $100,000 cash.
Lashure
-Michael Dale Lashure, 47; carrying a concealed weapon and possessing a dangerous weapon; arrested Nov. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 27; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $50,000 cash.
Hernandez
-Dakota Allen Hernandez, 19; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested June 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 29; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Holder
-Bobbie Joe Holder, 60; illegal short-barreled shotgun/rifle, arrested Dec. 16, 200 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 26; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Fay
-Thomas Dwight Fay, 34; two counts of assault on a jail employee, assault/resisting/obstructing police, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Nov. 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 29; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $1,000/10 percent.
Escamilla
-Sergio Ramon Escamilla, 30; two counts of first-degree retail fraud and one count of second-degree retail fraud; arrested Nov. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 29; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: not listed.
Roberts
-Phillip Edward Roberts, 37; two counts of failure to return rented property valued $1,000 to $20,000, and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Aug. 11 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 26; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Jacob Allen Ault, 20; malicious destruction of personal property less than $200, assault/resisting/obstructing police, and assault & battery; arrested Nov. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 29; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $250/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Robbie Snow, 30; two counts of domestic violence; arrested Nov. 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 27; pretrial: Dec. 4; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
-Daniel Robert Swift Lathers, 36; malicious use of a telecommunications service; arrested Jan. 14 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 24; pretrial: Dec. 11; bail: $1,000 cash.
-Lancelot Christopher Peebles, 30; disorderly person disturbing the peace; arrested Sept. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 27; pretrial: Dec. 13; bail: personal recognizance.
-Crystal Lynn Appel, 46; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 29 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 28; pretrial: Dec. 4; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
