Airplane crash reported at airport

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Emergency personnel are currently on scene of an airplane crash on the northeast side of the Mason County Airport. Initial reports indicated that the plane was on fire. According to dispatch information, an airplane left the Mason County Airport about 10 a.m. with two people on board.
