-Brenda Lee McBride, 51; identity theft and second-offense habitual offender; arrested Aug. 9 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 13; probable cause hearing: Nov. 22; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Sayles
-John Thomas Sayles, 20; possession of a weapon by a felon, felony firearms, and second-offense habitual offender; arrested Nov. 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 9; probable cause hearing: Nov. 22; bail: $500/10 percent.
Powell
-Michael Theodore Powell, 50; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance), driving while license suspended, unlawful license plates, possession of a firearm in a vehicle, and second-offense habitual offender; arrested Nov. 13 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 15; probable cause hearing: Nov. 29; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Michael Charles Joseph, 59; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Aug. 22 by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Nov. 3; probable cause hearing: Nov. 15; bail: $50,000 cash.

-Kevin Louis Hatfield, 59; interfering with an electronic communications device and domestic violence; arrested July 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Department; arraigned Nov. 3; probable cause hearing: Nov. 15; bail: $250/10 percent.

-Donald Thomas Miller, 35; breaking and entering a building with intent, larceny in a building, and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 8; probable cause hearing: Nov. 22; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Craig Donald Rushing, Jr., 32; second-degree retail fraud; arrested Aug. 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 2; pretrial: Nov. 27; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Karina Nicole Hernandez, 25; third degree retail fraud; arrested Oct. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 2; pretrial: Nov. 27; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
