51st Circuit Court news, posted Nov. 10, 2023

LUDINGTON — The following proceedings recently occurred in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Sentencings

Gross

– Danielle Renee Gross, 27, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 3 to two counts of breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced Nov. 7 to nine months in jail with credit for one day served; three years probation; and $666 in fines and costs. Charges of unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft and conspiracy were dismissed.

VanDyke

– Daniel David VanDyke, 47, pleaded guilty Oc. 3 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Nov. 7 to nine months in jail with credit for five days served; five years probation; and $1,073 in fines and costs. Misdemeanor charges of open intoxicants in a vehicle and driving while license suspended were dismissed.

Hasty-Ruschkewicz

– Jordan Hasty-Ruschkewicz, 34, pleaded guilty July 19 to third-offense domestic violence and was sentenced Nov. 7 to one year in jail with credit for 217 days served and $598 in fines and costs. Hasty-Ruschkewicz was sentenced Feb. 18, 2020 in Mason County for convictions of interfering with electronic communications and second-offense domestic violence.

 

 

 

Pleas

Papadakos

– Nicole Marie Papadakos, 40, pleaded guilty Nov. 7 to three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 9 at 11 a.m.

Plasterer

– Kyle Robert-Anthony Plasterer, 33, pleaded “no contest” Nov. 7 to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 9 at 11 a.m. 

– Trenten Thomas Armstrong, 27, pleaded guilty Nov. 7 to two counts of delivery/manufacture of cocaine/heroin or another narcotic, felony firearm and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 9 at 2 p.m.

– Patrick Fay George, 35, pleaded guilty to methamphetamine possession Nov. 7. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 16 at 1:15 p.m.

Verdict

Johnson

– Rayke Leonard Johnson, 37, was found not guilty by a jury of assault with a dangerous weapon and guilty by a jury of assault and battery, Oct. 12. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 9 at 2:15 p.m.
