LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Perrone
-Jason Michael Perrone, 40; two counts of failure to pay child support; arrested Jan. 1, 2021; arraigned Oct. 27; probable cause hearing: Nov. 8; bail: $3,356 cash.
Jacobsen
-Gary Allen Jacobsen, 34; possession of a controlled substance (analogues) and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 26; probable cause hearing: Nov. 8; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Arechiga
-Alfredo Arechiga, Jr., 32; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested Oct. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 26; probable cause hearing: Nov. 8; bail: $750/10 percent.
DeRooy
-Cody Michael DeRooy, 30; third-degree child abuse; arrested Sept. 7 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 27; probable cause hearing: Nov. 8; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
-Gabriel Michael Nelson, 22; carrying a concealed weapon, dangerous weapons, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Oct. 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 1; probable cause hearing: Nov. 15; bail: $250/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Eliseo Solis, 18; assault and battery; arrested Sept. 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office, arraigned Oct. 27; pretrial: Nov. 13; bond: $500 personal recognizance.
-Nichole Rae Dean, 43; false report of a misdemeanor; arrested Sept. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 26; pretrial: Nov. 13; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Steven Lee Appel, 46; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 29 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 30; pretrial: Nov. 13; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Tyler Austin Hendrickson, 29; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .17 or more, and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Oct. 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 30; pretrial: Nov. 13; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Daniel Aaron VanKampen, 33; driving while license suspended; arrested Oct. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 26; pretrial: Nov. 13; bail: personal recognizance.
-Nicole Malina O’Connor, 42; improper license plates and no proof of insurance; arrested Oct. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 26; pretrial: Nov. 13; bail: personal recognizance.
-Terry Teen Clancy, 45; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and improper license plates; arrested Oct. 15 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 26; pretrial: Nov. 27; bail: personal recognizance.
-Chandler Kiernan Gordon, 22; improper license plates and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Oct. 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 26; pretrial: Nov. 13; bail: personal recognizance.
