LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Whitsell
-Brandon Lee Whitsell, 38; failure to pay child support; arrested August 1, 2016 by court officials; arraigned Oct. 25; probable cause hearing: Nov. 8; bail: $5,000 cash.
Linstrom
-Kaine Alexander Linstrom, 28; interfering with an electronic communications device and domestic violence; arrested Oct. 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 23; probable cause hearing: Nov. 1; bail: $250/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Jennifer Kam Gonzalez, 49; third-degree retail fraud; arrested June 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 19; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Antonio Kenyon Robertson, 47; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Oct. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 19; pretrial: Nov. 13; bail: $250 cash.
-Jacob Ryan Morton, 34; driving while license suspended; arrested Oct. 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 19; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: personal recognizance.
-Marc Anthony Buckland, 42; failure to stop at the scene of an accident and operating without a license; arrested Sept. 18 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 19; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: personal recognizance.
-Stephany Ann Miller, 34; driving while license suspended; arrested Sept. 30 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 19; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: personal recognizance.
