Charges sought for 3 suspects who allegedly smashed pumpkins against food truck

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP —The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is seeking criminal charges against three suspects who allegedly damaged a food truck by smashing pumpkins against a food truck at The 10 Spot Food Trucks on US 10 east of Nelson Road Tuesday, Oct. 24, around 10 p.m., said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The police report will be forwarded to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office seeking charges.
