LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Merriman
-Christopher Lee Merriman, 44; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, second-offense domestic violence, and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 17; probable cause hearing: Oct. 25; bail: $50,000 cash.
Castro-Delgado
-Mara Lynn Castro-Delgado, 29; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine) and third-offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 13; probable cause hearing: Oct. 25; bail: $10,000 cash.
Lashure
-Michael Dale Lashure, 47; assault with a dangerous weapon; arrested Oct. 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 12; probable cause hearing: Oct. 25; bail: $500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Noelle Renee Plasterer, 29; second-offense domestic violence; arrested Oct. 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 12; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
-Corey James Horton, 28; second-offense domestic violence and knowingly assaulting a pregnant woman; arrested Oct. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 17; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Joseph John Riley, 42; assault and battery; arrested July 24 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 17; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Noah Eugene Oakes, 20; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 12; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $250 cash.
-April Marie Miller, 31; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Oct. 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 12; pretrial: Nov. 13; bail: $500 cash.
-Georgette Ann Wrublik, 51; second-degree retail fraud; arrested July 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 12; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Dillon Daniel McClellan, 21; reckless driving; arrested Sept. 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 12; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Mitchell Allen Sanborn, 19; reckless driving; arrested Sept. 16 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 12; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Joseph Lee Hollenbeck, 41; third-degree retail fraud; arrested July 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 12; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Darrin Maurice Morgan, 54; public intoxication; arrested Oct. 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 17; pretrial: Oct. 30; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Connor Seth Charping, 24; fishing with restricted gear; arrested Sept. 29 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Oct. 12; pretrial: Nov. 30; bail: personal recognizance.
